As we make this important transition, you will notice several changes to our registration procedures. In addition, MyChart will replace the existing FollowMyHealth patient portal, providing you with a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience for managing your health records and communicating with providers.
During the initial weeks following the switch, appointment availability may be limited as our staff adapts to the new system and works to ensure patient information transitions smoothly and securely.
