New Jersey will be phasing out COVID-19 vaccinations to all adults who live, work, or are students in the state. New Jersey aims to vaccinate 70% of the population within the next six months.
Currently, New Jersey is in phase 1A of the vaccination, which includes vaccinating paid and unpaid healthcare staff who have potential to be in direct or indirect exposure to patients and/or infectious material.
Phase 1B will include frontline essential workers and individuals over 75. Phase 1C will include other essential workers, adults 65-74, and persons with medical conditions that could result in severe cases of COVID-19.
Phase 2 is when vaccinations will be available to the general public.
To pre-register for vaccination, visit the NJ Vaccine Scheduling System.
